We do our best to make sure our products are perfectly priced; however, if you think you’ve found it cheaper somewhere else, we’ll beat it. Let us know about it here.

  • The same make and model.
  • The same size.

  • In stock and ready for delivery in the same time frame.

Things to keep in mind

When we price match we include any delivery charges applied by the competitor. So, the price of their product plus the same standard of delivery must be cheaper than our product.

Take into account any added value products that are included in our offer as part of the price. We will beat a competitors price on exactly the same item. Additional products included as part of our offer will be excluded for the purposes of price beating.

This offer is only valid on the day you make your claim, so make sure you don’t miss out.

Excludes used, ex-display and ex-demonstration goods. Just so you know, we don’t price match against auctions sites.

Beds Direct Comfort Exchange

The Beds Direct “21 Night Comfort Exchange” is offered as an additional service to our Customers to underline our commitment to providing a great night’s sleep. The “Comfort Exchange” allows for the replacement of a mattress within 21 nights, if the Buyer finds their original purchase to be of the wrong comfort level for them.

The Comfort Exchange operates in the following way:

  • Valid within our Standard Delivery Areas only for Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria.
  • You must have slept on the mattress for a minimum of 7 nights, from date of delivery. This to allow your body to become accustomed to the new mattress.
  • The mattress must be in good condition (i.e. not marked, damaged or soiled in any way). We require that you purchase a mattress protector on the same order as your mattress.
  • Please keep the original packaging, documentation, warranty cards etc for the duration of the exchange period.
  • If you decide that your choice of mattress is uncomfortable, you are able to re-select an alternative mattress of the same size.
    We are unable to make any refund where the new mattress is less expensive than the original mattress purchased. Any price difference cannot be made up with a second bed or associated products.
  • Re-delivery charges (minimum of R400.00) will apply. Comfort Exchanges are limited to one exchange per product ordered.
  • The Comfort Guarantee does not cover thickness, width or colour of the new mattress.
  • The Comfort Guarantee does not apply to the base, clearance items, ex-display stock, pillows, mattress protectors, sleeper couches, furniture or mattresses that have been made up on special order, i.e., such as special sizes.

This agreement is designed to ensure that you, our customer, allow yourself enough time to adjust to your new mattress. In short, it asks you, our customer, to make a thoughtful decision and share the responsibility.

Old Mattress Removal

We’ll remove your old mattress or bed set for you, upon delivery.

We do not charge anything for this service.
Please notify us at the time of ordering your new mattress, so that we can arrange it beforehand. We will confirm whether mattress removal will be possible at this time, as this will depend on the method of shipment.

Kindly note: We offer mattress removal within our Free Delivery Areas within Cape Town, Johannesburg and Pretoria only. Our delivery staff cannot remove your mattress without pre-authorization.

We reserve the right to refuse service if the mattress is wet, soiled to the extent that it poses a health risk or if it’s infested with bed bugs. We also ask that the items be ready for collection and that all disassembly (if any) has been completed prior to our arrival.
