Please refer to the delivery information provided on the product page for area restrictions. - Delivery Times:Â Between the hours of 09:00 to 16:00. Stock availability, traffic conditions, the route and work load impact timing, so please allow for delivery in a 2 hour time frame window.
- Delivery Confirmation:Â After you've placed an order we will notify you by e-mail or phone of the anticipated delivery date, as well as provide you the name of the driver. Our drivers will make contact with you either the day before delivery or early on the morning, to schedule delivery. If need be they will call you again to let you know when they are on the way.
- Special Requests:Â If you know a date in advance and would like to request it, you are welcome to do so. Delivery for a specific day and time may not always be available, but reasonable notice makes it easier to accommodate you.
- Non bulky orders:Â Lower volumetric orders are delivered using 3rd party couriers. These deliveries are on demand and un-scheduled. They will call you for arrangments only if a 1st or 2nd attempt to deliver was unsuccessfull. Outlying areas that our couriers do not service, these orders will be posted via the South African Post office for collection at your nearest Post Office. Tracking information is provided.
- Limitations: Maximum 2 flights of stairs (only if access is un-restricted and no possibility of damage to the goods or property exists (NO OVER BALCONIES)), no un-wrapping, setup or assembly.
- Included:Â Into room delivery, subject to un-restricted access. Old Mattress/Bed removal subject to request before delivery is scheduled.
